In partnership with OneSpan, an integrated e-signature tool, the onboardee and the hiring supervisor can sign and counter-sign completing the onboard process. Automatically, the completed packet is delivered to back into Laserfiche for a final HR Clerical review. From here, a CSV can be created and pushed directly to Famous and the onboardee is officially a trackable, payable employee.

A Central Valley Packing house utilizes Laserfiche to automate the processing and filing of its Accounts Receivable documents. Typically, a tedious process of combining Bills of Ladings, Pack-outs, Invoices, Troubles, and Payments requires hours of clerical staff time.
Utilizing the Laserfiche add-on capture tools, this organization saves time by having the software retrieve metadata - Purchase Order number, Invoice number, Order number, Date, Check Amount; directly off the scanned images. The Laserfiche workflow engine then automates the combining, comparing, collating, and moving, of documents for review and approvals. Following review, the documents are automatically filed by Customer and month for easy retrieval in the future.

A Salinas Valley leafy greens supplier has renovated their tradition paper-based Grower Contract approval process with Laserfiche. Three times a year, 500 growers negotiate their grower contract with the supplier. The supplier reviews the contract via four approval levels. Upon full execution, a copy of the contract is put on file and sent to the grower for their records.
Utilizing Laserfiche Forms and Workflow the Salinas Valley supplier has automated and digitized the entire process to better manage this tedious process for new and renewing sales and grower contracts. Workflow automates the movement of the contract for negotiating and approvals in Word. When contracts are ready for signature, they are converted to PDF and pushed out for execution. Full executed copies are sent to required parties and reminders for renewal are set in workflow. The automation of review and approval is saving the business substantial time and money.
